Read Bio Susan Opalk is the founder and co-owner of Glen Oaks Escrow Los Feliz. She has earned the title Certified Senior Escrow Officer and Certified Escrow Instructor from the California Escrow Association. Susan has a multitude of experience in all types of escrows from refinances to 1031 tax deferred exchanges, residential property to commercial property, and makes each closing a success for all parties, including first time home buyers and experiences investors. Having been in the California Escrow Industry for over 30 years, Susan Opalk created and managed a successful Escrow Processing Center with a 99% accuracy rating for REOs, Short Sales, Refinances, and Sales. Susan’s current passion is “paperless escrow” and she has converted our escrow software to accommodate the paperless process which has been used successfully in Los Feliz since 2008. Read Bio As an Escrow Officer for over 30 years, Susan Brash has handled a vast variety of escrow transactions including residential, commercial, refinances, bulk sales, short sales, and all-inclusive transactions. “I have seen it all and have loved every minute of it, Susan says. I remember interviewing for my first escrow position when I was 19 years old and asking, ‘What’s an escrow? Is that something you go into and never come out of?’ Well they laughed and decided I would make a good addition to their company. I was right, escrow is something that I went into and never came out of.” Susan has always loved the challenges escrow brings and never tires of learning something new. She especially loves helping buyers and sellers getting through one of the most stressful experiences of their lives by remaining cool and calm under any circumstances. Her clients have told her she has a good bedside manner. Susan joined the Los Feliz office of Glen Oaks Escrow in 2008. “From day one I was impressed with the management and ethics of this company, and knew I would fit in perfectly. I have found a home at Glen Oaks Escrow and they have made me part of their extended family.” Her biggest joy in life is spending time with her amazing Grandson and re-discovering the world through his eyes.

Read Bio Alison Opalk is an Escrow Officer at the Glen Oaks Escrow office in Los Feliz, and she brings nearly two decades of industry experience to her role. Over the years, she has built long-lasting relationships with real estate professionals, home buyers, and home sellers due to her treating people with compassion and exceeding their expectations during the most complex transactions. Alison has an innate ability to find solutions for virtually every challenge, and she uses her transparent communication skills to make clients feel at ease. In addition to successfully managing traditional resales, she also specializes in tenancy in common properties and can successfully navigate through any situation that comes her way. When Alison isn’t busy creating raving fans out of clients, she enjoys camping, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and spending time with her family doing all of these activities.

Read Bio With over 40 years of experience, Milly Miller is highly respected and considered a pundit within the Southern California escrow and real estate community. Milly started her progressive career working as a real estate agent. She later moved into the mortgage industry, where she worked as a loan officer for one of the country’s largest lending institutions. Through her roles in these peripheral industry titles, it was the escrow world where Milly felt her abilities and strengths would be the best fit and where she has settled in for over 35 years. As an escrow officer, Milly has worked on every type of escrow transaction, ranging from Residential and Commercial to REOs and 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges. While running a highly profitable REO desk during the REO “boom,” Milly established new procedures and systems to streamline the escrow process for both the banks and clients. Her processes were quickly adopted by the REO banks, earning her one of the top REO desks in the country. As Vice President of Escrow Operations for Pango Group, Milly is responsible for multiple escrow units and branches within the company and all aspects of the company’s escrow functions, including compliance and Escrow Advisory. She provides compliance and operational support to all of Pango’s various branches. In addition to Milly’s broad level of escrow knowledge, her additional experience working within these neighboring industries has provided her with the level of expertise needed to keep our escrow staff trained in all areas that may affect our partners and clients. It has also afforded her a unique perspective to manage all of our employees with empathy while promoting a robust customer-centric philosophy. Through Pango-offered life coaching, Milly embraced the program and worked in her own life to make some significant and life-changing decisions that have improved her life in many ways. Milly has reached many financial and health goals and turned her life onto a very positive trajectory. Milly now coaches others within the Pango Group. As a coach, Milly works with others to help them find and attain their passions, dreams, and goals. Milly has seen first-hand what coaching can bring into your life, and she is passionate about helping others reach their full potential. Milly has worked with the Pango Group since mid-2004. She is highly motivated and is always searching for opportunities to grow and learn more about herself, others, and our industry.
